Rob and his team redid my entire house a couple of years ago. Not only were the lowest estimate, by more than 100k, they did an amazing job. Never had to question if they were coming, and they Rob gave me great ideas to work on with my house. He kept any parts of the house that he could, like the walls, electric, whereas other contractors wanted to rip everything out and start over. We had a bad experience with our contractor for a bathroom Reno before Rob and we were hesitant to get work done, but Rob assured us constantly and did the entire house in less than a month (raising floor, siding, new windows, insulation, AC, electric, basement waterproofing, recessed lighting, new porch with roof, deck, floors, spackling, painting, and moving my kitchen from one room to another. I’m sure I’m forgetting more that he did. Complete trust in him and his team, they were all great, even walked my dog while I was at work. Rob was also there every day making sure everything went smooth.
Don’t hesitate to call him, you won’t regret it and he will do everything he can to get the lowest price and the absolute most exceptional work. I’m going to call him soon for another project, and will only ever call him for any projects!

I had my roof & skylights replaced last year and my siding & windows replaced this year. Both times Robert was attentive & detailed in what the job would be. He took the time to make sure I understood what was being done & I was confident I was not only getting a fair price, but also superior quality in both product and work. Both times all of his staff were professional both in demeanor and in the quality of their work. My expectations are consistently exceeded.

Rob Gerard construction was excellent! He and his crew went above and beyond in every aspect of my house renovations from complete roof, complete siding, ripped off old porch roof and installed a buetiful portico, and it all took only 2 weeks , tbey even worked on the hottest day of the year. I would only use Rob Gerard and his crew to work on any house in any future needs, tbey know exactly what I wanted and the craftsmanship was excellent, these guys know their stuff, tbankyou Rob very much, 👍

I did a lot of research finding a company to do our roof. I met with Robert and knew he was the one for the job. From start to finish Robert and his crew were amazing. Robert is such a professional, honest and nice guy. His prices are most certainly fair. He keeps lines of communication open at all times and stayed on the job site the entire time. He really cares about his work, customers, and crew. We love how our roof came out and highly recommend him for any job. We hope to work with him again in the future.

I just used Rob for all new siding, windows, and roof as well as repair to severe rot due to a massive long term leak from my roof that caused extensive damage. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful my experience with Rob was. From the beginning of the process with the estimate, to the very end and final touches, Rob is knowledgeable, professional, honest and fair. He was on the job site every day, and him and his guys were clean and quick. He doesn’t cut corners and genuinely cares and takes pride in the end product for the customer. I couldn’t be happier and my house looks absolutely beautiful!
