My wife and I visited this Saturday on the recommendation of our friend.
We met Ryan, who is one of the co-owners, and I asked him if their “Like Flies on Sherbert” was in honor of musician Alex Chilton. I was told it is, and I told him that I worked with Alex as his agent.
We tried two of their lower ABV because we were driving, and they were both excellent!
We also shared one of Nico’s red pizzas, which was also outrageously delicious.
The space has a great vibe, and the crowd was happy to be there.
We will be back soon and often.

TOP Ipa's place around NY. It can be compared only with Test Brewery, top 2 ipas in my opinion. I had best IPA on our trip here, at root, it was outstanding! Also, food was realy good, vodka pizza was top.

This is without a doubt the best brewery on Long Island. Not only do they serve the best beer of any brewery nearby but the pizza is also incredible.
The owner brews all the beer himself and also works the pizza truck in the back on the weekends. The dedication shows. Both the pizza and the beer are outrageously good. They’ve curated a perfect experience and it’s definitely worth a trip.

The beer here is incredible. Service was perfect and the tables were all clean. Parking is super easy. The pizza truck it features called NICOS is unreal. This is a must visit place unless you hate beer and pizza. And if you hate those things stay away from me.
