I have a 2024 Prius plug in hybrid. I live in a Condo and when we have a big snow storm we have to move cars to a snow parking area to allowing plowing. When I went to get my car from the snow lot a neighbor had tried to help with snow removal and scratched the whole passenger side of the car! It was along the roof line all along from back to front. The car has a special metallic red paint. A friend of our recommended Sansone. I have to say from the moment I got there I felt how much they cared about me and my car, also impressed me with their knowledge of the whole process (filing the claim etc). I have to also give a shout out to Hartford Insurance, who had a claims adjustor out to inspect the car within 24 hours. Anyway, it turned out to be a very expensive repair, I guess in part due to specialty paint and complexity of repair. They completed everything earlier than they estimated - I picked it up last night. The car had been washed, the tires Armorall treated and interior was also clean! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is and the people who work/own it. I would highly recommend this business. I had an amazing experience with Sansone! I live in Brooklyn and occasionally work on Long Island, and I'm so happy I came to Sansone instead of going somewhere closer to where I live. It was worth the commute.
Someone hit my front bumper and the damage required a full replacement. Tony gave me a great price and when he was done my car looked better than it did the day I bought it.
Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and helpful, and I can't recommend this place enough. They took what I was scared would be an annoying and frustrating experience, and made it so pleasant. I feel so lucky to have found them. I would 100% recommend!

Sansone was AMAZING the whole way through. From start to finish they were communicative, honest, and did an amazing job overall. Buying my car used, I don’t think i’ve seen it look this good yet! I really appreciate everything they did and I’ll absolutely recommend people to come here for any body shop work needed, they’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

Dealing with insurance is usually a nightmare, but Sansone Auto Body made the whole process, dare I say, pleasant. Their hospitality and customer service were incredible, they kept me informed the entire time, and my car hasn’t looked this good since it left the lot. Although I hope to never need them again, unfortunately for them, they’d be my first call - five stars without hesitation.
