I had an amazing experience with Sansone! I live in Brooklyn and occasionally work on Long Island, and I'm so happy I came to Sansone instead of going somewhere closer to where I live. It was worth the commute.
Someone hit my front bumper and the damage required a full replacement. Tony gave me a great price and when he was done my car looked better than it did the day I bought it.
Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and helpful, and I can't recommend this place enough. They took what I was scared would be an annoying and frustrating experience, and made it so pleasant. I feel so lucky to have found them. I would 100% recommend!

Dealing with insurance is usually a nightmare, but Sansone Auto Body made the whole process, dare I say, pleasant. Their hospitality and customer service were incredible, they kept me informed the entire time, and my car hasn’t looked this good since it left the lot. Although I hope to never need them again, unfortunately for them, they’d be my first call - five stars without hesitation.

Brought my car in due to it being in an accident and got it back looking better than it did before the accident! Definitely recommend!! Tony and Kathy helped me out so much getting my car back together always keeping me updated and asking for my approval for certain things. They made sure to keep me posted on parts and all the work being done in general. I appreciated them for giving their input on parts that were needed and what i should and shouldn’t get and what would and wouldn’t look good on my car. They took very good care of my car!

Sansone Auto Body Shop was one of the best places I’ve ever worked with. The staff was super professional, friendly, and really focused on making sure everything went smoothly. Communication was spot-on throughout the entire process.
My car was rear-ended, and the repairs were incredible my bumper looks brand new. They went above and beyond, making sure the car was spotless and that all the sensors were working perfectly. Even though my windshield was already cracked before the accident, they helped get that replaced too, which I really appreciated.
I highly recommend Sansone Auto Body to anyone who needs body work done. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Big thanks to the whole team, and a special shoutout to Kathy for going the extra mile you’re amazing!
