Quite a busy office but runs very efficiently. Wait time is fair and exams are thorough. Dr Rafailov and staff were patient and took necessary time to address my concerns. I felt very supported and encouraged to move forward, with zero hesitation for the upcoming procedure.

Everyone was nice and friendly. However - the Dr who actually did my surgery (Rosenberg) never spoke a word to me - didn’t even introduce himself. Made me feel a little bit like I was in a factory not a surgery center. All nurses and techs were extremely pleasant and patient.

Not a long wait. All staff were very friendly and efficient. Dr Rosenberg was terrific. Honest, straightforward, helpful, down-to-earth and he explained everything very well. Highly recommended!!

I’ve been a patient at SightMD in Babylon for years, and I can honestly say they are exceptional. The office is always super clean, and the entire staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive.
I had LASIK surgery a few years ago with Dr. Nattis, and I still have zero complaints—the results have been amazing. I truly thank God for Dr. Nattis; he is the best when it comes to LASIK, and the team that works alongside him is just as incredible.
I highly recommend SightMD Babylon to anyone looking for excellent eye care and an amazing overall experience!

All professional. A specialist, IMHO, shouldn’t be so pressed for time—so many people to see in one day. But, I suspect this is the state of healthcare in the good ‘ol US of A these days, not the docs fault. He did the absolute best he could—and he’s good—but I’d bet he is also incentivized for processing people as quickly as possible. Sigh.
