Used Skalberg for my wedding in October. They handled everything from cocktail hour to the cake to the linens we used on the tables. The servers were great and circulated very often, checking in with guests and keeping everything moving. The guests raved about the food, and as the bride and groom we even took some of the leftovers on our honeymoon because they were just that good! In addition, they are extremely reasonable in price compared to other caterers on the island. There is a reason they've been around for as long as they have... they sure know what they're doing!
