Sam and Steve could not have been more helpful in appraising autographed baseballs I needed valued for an estate administration. Sam was incredibly thorough and patient in going through all the letters of authenticity and inspecting all the baseballs. He appraised them at a higher value than another appraising company, which was great news for my client. I will certainly be using SMR in the future for any item appraisals I may need done.
I had 10 cards sent out to psa by SMR collectibles. I got back (6) Psa 10 (2) psa 9 (2) psa 8 I have to say you can’t win them all I’m pleased with the results. The cards were shipped back to my residence. Before they were shipped back to me SMR reached out to me to confirm the address they had was correct. I don’t know how these people stay in business. Very difficult to work with and completely unreasonable. Owner changes his mind and seems temperamental. No thanks.
