One if the most friendly owners and staff work here. The knowledgeable staff is remarkable. They have loaner cars if they need to keep your car for a bit. They also have an awesome driver that can pick you up or drop you off at work or home. The entire team is up front with you. They actually care about you and your ride. Yes, they are always very busy but that tells you how many people trust them to do the job correctly. I highly recommend you using this place for your car repairs. Highly recommend!!! I walked in the minute they opened in July 3rd with a dire/urgent need of a new tire. Jake said he'd do everything he could to get me out the door in 1-1/2 hours despite having to get my new tire from another location and being slammed with repairs....and he "delivered" on that promise! His professionalism and honesty earned him a new loyal customer for life.

I just moved in to the area and first tried Stacks because I had a flat tire and couldn’t drive anywhere else. I was so impressed with how quickly they got my car back on the road at a very fair price, that they have become my trusted shop. They also had a small fleet of loaner cars which is a huge help since I need my car for work each day and otherwise can be difficult to get work done. I don’t know anything about the other shops in the area, but this place is a safe bet.

These guys know what they're doing. I had a problem with my car that happened every season. They found the cause of the problem and gave me a diagnosis. It was very quick and clear. Jack explained everything very simply and answered clearly. They even offered a guarantee for their work. I'm very satisfied.
