Clean, neat and orderly shop. Former Wayne customer referred to Stacks. Was having some starter trouble and wanted it corrected before the cold weather. They replaced it and offered a loaner car if necessary. Quick service at a reasonable price. No complaints. Will definitely go back.

Stacks auto was recommended by my former mechanic. When I pulled up to the shop, I was immediately greeted by Joe the manager. The office was meticulous as well as the work bay areas. Joe was very accommodative, providing me a next day appointment and fully understanding the problems I encountered with my suv. He also provided me options of the various repairs that needed to be done as well as ones that could wait. Stacks also provided a lift from my workplace back to the shop when the repairs were completed. Overall an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them!

Recently had to get a bunch of work done on my car and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Upon arrival, one of the mechanics hopped in the car to go for a ride with me to listen to the noise I’ve been hearing to make sure he understood what I was talking about. Following that, they took a deeper look, called me to gave me an estimate on a price, and my car was fixed in no time at all, at a reasonable price! Everyone was friendly and process was very smooth. Of note, they offered me a ride after taking my car in initially and were able to drop my car off to my house while I wasn’t able to pick it up during regular business hours! (Something I’ve definitely never heard of before) Shoutout to the guys at Stack’s auto, insane service!

Stacks auto relocated to Northport recently from Deer Park. While in Deer Park, Stack was always our go-to place to fix the cars, from minor inspections to major fix. Joe is one rare mechanic guy that you can trust. He is always very friendly and does not trick you to do anything unnecessary. He is an honest man. His staff is always very friendly. For the past years, Joe and his crew are always very easy to communicate with and very efficient. When they relocated, I didn’t jot down the new address, which I had been really regretting. However, today as I picked up my son from a day camp, we found his new place!! I was so excited and came in to make sure it is Joe and promise we will bring the car back if needed. Joe even offered to pick up the car from my home for service. That is definitely a plus!! Highly recommend this place and would love to see his business bloom again in Northport. 🥰

Everyone at Stack’s was beyond professional and helpful. Joe, the owner, insisted on driving me home when I dropped off my car. They made the repairs to my car promptly and I could not be more pleased with the work that was done and the very fair cost. I will definitely be going back whenever my car requires service or repairs.
