I have used this company several times mainly because they were the company that was sent to me (sub-contracted out) from my Home-Serve Contract. They have always been prompt and professional.
Yesterday, they did an installation of a new combi Navion unit. Installation was awesome and their price was much better than I got from another quote.

Great company. Everyone was so professional. I highly recommend them. They Lined my sewer lines and saved me from ripping up my house. They were clean and on time and explained exactly what they were going to do with videos as a surgeon would do before an operation. I would use them again if I ever needed plumbers

Great experience with Suffolk Plumbing after a more corporate type company provided an estimate for well over double the estimate from Suffolk Plumbing - they recommended and ended up doing what was best for our house in both the short and long term. Very helpful and trustworthy!

Recently, my heating system wasn't working.
The crew from Suffolk Plumbing came to my house the same day! They immediately diagnosed the problems and was able to get the heat back on the same day! I'm living here for 45 years and have had many plumbing companies here in the past, but Suffolk Plumbing was the best. They stayed until they knew the problem was solved. Thank you to the crew and office staff for being courteous, professional and efficient.
