I was having a pool heater installed and Suffolk Plumbing helped make that happen. As it turns out, not all plumbing companies are certified for this installation but they are. Rob explained everything and made sure we had the proper permits for our gas fireplace, barbecue, generator, and of course the pool heater. Everything was tested to make sure there were no leaks. Suffolk Plumbing was very professional and office staff (Linda) called the morning of each appointment to let me know what time they were coming that day. I would definitely recommend Suffolk Plumbing.

Suffolk Plumbing did a wonderful job fixing the pipe that lead to the water outside my home. Kyle came in and put my mind at ease, he not only was able to fix it, but he also made it easier than it was to get the water running through the valve. I recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

I have to say that EVERY single time i have used Suffolk plumbing, the plumbers have been lovely and professional. Things were explained to me in ways i could understand it, and i have never felt taken advantage of which i HAVE felt with every other plumbers i have used. I highly recommend!

There was a leak on the cap that's goes on the mixing valve. Suffolk plumbing (Technician's name is Salvador.) stated the entire water lines and the mixing valve need replacing, quoting me $475. I called another technician from PSEG and they told me that the valve cap was just loose and just tightened it which fixed the problem.
Do not deal with these crooks, I am now convinced these positive reviews are bots. They are incredibly dishonest and try to scam me by making extreme claims to milk money out of their customers. The entire water line were fine, the mixing valve was fine. Mind you, the technician (Salvador) did not even check for leaks.

I have been in search of a good plumber for many years. I was recommended by a neighbor and I cant say enough good things. From my first call in till the complete of work was a pleasure. Robert was professional, clean and took his time to problem solve my kitchen sink issue. A good job well done and I will surely use again!
