Super disappointed. This location used to be so good. Every time I order something inside the building or through drive thru, my order is wrong. I alway have to ask for the cups for my drinks because they never hand them to you. One time I ordered a large and PAID for the large at a time they did not have any larges left. We decided to ask for 2 mediums in exchange and the first worker did not want to give us the 2 mediums, although we paid extra for large. We had to bother another worker to do it instead. On top of this, most of the workers do not care about their customers and will just stand there and stare at you instead of helping at the cash register or helping prepare orders. You need to scream for people to actually help you and it takes 15 minutes to get their attention just for them to act rude and like they are doing you a favor. One older lady refused to help us and when we were receiving our change, she was hesitant to let go of the money. I’m so frustrated with getting the wrong order and at this point don’t even try to ask them to fix it because they lounge around and take forever. I just ordered a cheese quesadilla and received something completely different. I should not have to complain every time about my order for them to do it right, nor wait stupidly for 20 minutes. This location specifically is so slow that the last time I went inside to order, the number of people waiting quickly racked up to 15 versus the 2 or 3 since we got there. It seems that none of them care about the satisfaction of their customers, nor fulfilling their job correctly; with the exception of the younger women workers (they never fail to be helpful). If you are looking for quality fast food and service, I HIGHLY recommend going to chipotle across the street, Taco Bell on Montauk Hwy, or ordering on doordash.

The young mam Anthony who works overnight is absolutely the best food service interaction I've ever experienced in my 54 yrs on earth . He is polite, courteous helpful patient accomadating.. Just a fantastic well rounded young mam. I've dealt with him 4 tines in last month, that I specifically go to taco bell because I know I'm not going to deal with an annoyed I'll mannered employee, I specifically go now because of that employee.. others should take note, he has pride in his work ethics excellent even if the food sucked I'd still go because it's a no hassle experience

They do not understand a simple order‼️
My son has a dairy allergy and I mentioned NO Cheese several times and they messed up the order. My son got sick because the cheese was no visible

One of the better taco bells in the area. They occasionally forget things but with so many people it's bound to happen. Extra stars for being 24 hours

Amazingly quick service, very nice people working here. Ordered and got my food not even a minute later. Very clean and well stocked. Taco Bell is always a great bet. Food was good as always.
