Probably one of the worst Taco Bell locations on the island. 6 out of 10 times the most likely will get you order incorrect. I also don't even like fast food that much but I like Taco Bell because it's not just Burgers and Fries or a chicken sandwich. So I've always had a thing for Taco Bell. But the Taco Bell in Lindenhurst New York on Montauk Highway don't even go to this one will most likely be a disappointment in some sort of way. They will get my order incorrect 90% of the time. Also I pick up his takeout there's no reason to eat there the place is always dirty food on the floor. Then when I get home with it I don't have the time to sit there and go through everything and open it up. The drive-thru line is always very long any time of peak hour to eat or back up halfway down the driveway and almost out to the street ALWAYS. So I tried using the kiosk. Thinking all they have to do is follow the directions to prepare it. NOPE! They can't even do that right. I asked for something not to be on the beyond the food and what do they do they put it on there and also extra. One time I tried to go through the drive-thru didn't have anybody speaking English on the intercom. They tried to take my order in Spanish. Well unfortunately I don't speak Espanol. I have to drive off as the car in front of me did also. My last order recently they got it wrong. I I've already given that place too many chances to get it right. Im not e v er going back to our location anymore. I I'll just take the drive and go a further if I have to or just cook tacos myself.

I used to spend my entire paycheck here when I was 14. Now I’m 33, and unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill. The staff was rude, my order was incorrect—despite me clearly stating I have a bean allergy, they included beans anyway. The phone number doesn’t even work, and the bathroom was so filthy it made me want to vomit. Extremely disappointing experience.🤮
But generally speaking I love taco bell!

Downright the most pathetic Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Consistently.
The food? It’s 50/50, I’ve had decent food here but half the time it’s underwhelming or missing any specific instructions
The facility? Bathroom disgusting, tables covered in food
The service? The worst part by far. If you place a mobile order and pick it up inside, the employees will completely ignore you as you stand there. It’s totally fine because your order is probably 15 minutes behind the time the app told you to come pick it up anyway. To add insult to injury they will take in person orders and fulfill them while you stand there wondering if you’re invisible or not
Morale of the story here is if possible I’d highly recommend you go to any other Taco Bell

This Taco Bell in Lindenhurst has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell location. I placed a mobile order expecting a quick and easy pickup, but it turned into a frustrating mess. Unlike most Taco Bells that have a mobile order rack where you can just grab your food and go, this location keeps mobile orders behind the counter, meaning you have to wait for an employee to hand it to you.
When I arrived, I could literally see my order with my name on it sitting behind the counter, but there was no one available to give it to me. At first, I waited patiently, assuming someone would eventually come over. After a few minutes of being ignored, I started politely saying “excuse me” to passing employees—yet not a single one acknowledged me. They didn’t even glance in my direction. It was as if I was invisible.
After several more minutes of being blatantly ignored, I had no choice but to go behind the counter and grab my own order.
The only redeeming quality was that the food itself was good and well-priced at this location, but that doesn’t make up for how frustrating the experience was. I have no idea why this location doesn’t have a mobile order rack like most other Taco Bells, but even if they don’t, basic customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would have been enough, but instead, they all just ignored me on purpose. Absolutely unacceptable.

When are they going to bring back the caramel apple empanada seriously it's a fast food restaurant and they charge an arm and a leg for a little bit of meat and cheese in a hardcorn shell I've ever used to be able to come to Taco Bell and spend 20 bucks for a family and now for a family you spend $100 for Taco Bell devil's Kitchen this is not a review of the individual restaurant but the corporation itself
