Used TCR Builders to build a carport to specifications. The best experience I’ve had with a GC! The project manager, Anderson and his team were attentive, available and a pleasure to work with throughout the project! Anderson walked through each discipline, explained what to expect and when and followed up regularly. Highly recommend the TCR team and working with Anderson on your next project! I will definitely use again!

My daughter got married in December. My front porch was compromised and had to be rebuilt otherwise we risked the bride falling thru on the wedding day. Murphys law! Enter TCR. Sam and the entire TCR team including the gals in the office were OUTSTANDING.
The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. And no one fell thru on the wedding day.
These guys are terrific to work with , pay great attention to detail and deliver a quality product.
Can’t thank them enough! Will use again.

We had a 3 week project recently completed to re-level our floors which required re-installing subflooring, hardwood floors, and baseboards, along with sistering and leveling joists (about 1200 sq ft). Sam and Anderson were very responsive at every step and frequently checked in to make sure we were happy. Although we hit a snag with sanding/staining the hardwood, they quickly made it right. They are a very professional/organized team and everyone was great to work with. Thank you again Sam and Anderson for executing on a challenging project, we appreciate it.

We have used TCR Builders for multiple renovations in our house. They went out and beyond in helping us bring our vision to life. TCR transformed my small space into a spacious, stylish home. Sam, Anderson, and Eldin went above our expectations. Communication was open, honest, and consistent. They dealt with permits from the town, communicated with the architect, and did what they said they would when they said they would do it for the price they quoted. No funny business. I recommend TCR Builders without hesitation. I feel like I'm in a brand new house.
We converted a garage to living space, added a bathroom, gutted and re-did an existing bathroom, replaced siding, replaced all flooring, replaced windows, and upgraded the electrical.
