I wish I had Bill initially when I went through my divorce. Fortunately, he has represented me in post divorce proceedings and has won each time. He’s personable, reasonable and knows what he’s doing. He’s got a sense of humor too which jives well with me coupled with his reasonable, patient demeanor.
He’s a strong counselor in the court room and also negotiates well where needed outside of trials. He’s also not a nickel and dime type of attorney that charges for every little thing. He’s also someone you can work with.
He’s always the first person, when asked if anyone knows a good family attorney, I refer individuals too.

Mr. McCulloh represented me during my very difficult lengthy divorce. He was very professional and compassionate to my situation and my concerns during the entire process. Very knowledgeable of the law and advises you of all options. All of my questions were answered and resolved in a very timely manner. I have since recommended Mr. McCulloh to many friends entering the divorce process, whom were very happy with him as well. My first time in life I needed an attorney for anything. My father had a stroke recently which left him to forget most things. In order to take care of health decisions etc. I needed a POA, they were very compassionate and speedy to my needs.
