I had them come out to look at some outlets that randomly stopped working in the kitchen. I expected a long day and a big bill, but it was the total opposite. The tech showed up right on time, walked me through everything without making me feel dumb, and had the problem fixed in under an hour. Turned out to be a loose connection behind the stove, and he tightened everything up like a pro.
What I appreciated most was how calm and respectful he was. No rush, no mess, no condescending tone. He even made sure my dog didn’t slip out the front door while bringing in his tools. That’s rare these days. The work was clean, the price was right, and the service felt personal. I’ve already told my neighbors to save their number.
