I've delt with Susan on two occasions & each time she handled everything efficiently & quickly. On the first occasion, I had 16 tickets (basically two violations that they stretched out....) & Susan turned my fears into a calm oasis! I didn't know her prior no was she referred to me. I decided to go with her because out of all of the lawyers, her website was the only one to be upfront about the base fee & more importantly, I was educated on the exact violation I did, within 1-2 mins... Online presence is everything now! Anytime my friends run into some trouble with traffic tickets, I always throw Sue's name in the mix!
