Was going to give it 5 stars because on my first visit the employee was super helpful and friendly with my purchases however when I came back another day another employee was working and he had zero interest in assisting me at all, he even went so far as to tell me they didn't have products I was asking for even though i could clearly see them on the wall right behind him. I wasn't going to argue, I just left.

Saturday at 10:30 in the morning waiting a half an hour for it to open store still close Google says 10 AM. The store has a sign that says 10 AM opens 1030 Still not open Saturday morning, great

Had one of the greatest shopping experiences today with Alex. He was able to help me with a disc that wasnt reading for my gamecube and was very knowledgeable about all DSi questions my girlfriend and i had! Would give Alex 6 stars if i could!

Store was nice, and associate was friendly. Fair amount of anime and Pokémon. A lot of older consoles and games. The old cabinet games weren't allowed to be played and were blocked off. :( Just note that they don't buy any Pokémon cards, and they dont allow price negotiations on anything. Signage says just the games but the "managers policy" is no negotiations regardless on what it is, which was disappointing.
