Richard from the initial interaction was welcoming, friendly and actively listened to my concerns. He is informative, pays great attention to detail and wants the ultimate best for his clients. I was referred by another one of his clients and I have no regrets having him work on my case. Vladimir was excellent!!!...even though I was supposed to call and make an appointment first.... Vladimir saw how unhappy I was that day, after getting a few traffic tickets....he took time to seat down with me and explained the process...he made feel at easy .. very knowledgeable..very professional!!!..I could not be any happier with the outcome....if anyone is in the same situation that I was .. please don't hesitate to give him a call.....

Honesty, integrity, and transparency! Is what you will find with Richard Vladimir. An injury occurred he was all over the case. Contacting him was easy, no surprises, no delays unless it is on the part of the claimant.
