I was at this restaurant 10/28/2023.
At 12:24. I ordered a 8 piece all flats Cajun wings. Just wings. Why did I receive this? I got dry wings to the point I can’t even tell what seasoning was used. Vs how they look on the website/ should look. DO NOT COME HERE

Mediocre food,horrible costumer service. I order a chicken sandwich,Cajun fried corn and fries. The sandwich is the saddest sandwich I seen in my life. The chicken was chewy and and the bun was soggy. Fries were crunchy at the end and soggy in the middle.The corn was the only good thing about my order. I do understand that this is CHEAP food,but still. I rather spend extra somewhere else and get something a little more edible. This location also has no parking,the strip mall is always busy and makes it difficult to find parking spots.

I drove 20 minutes back him after picking up my order to findout that they forgot to put the fries. I called to get a refund to my credit card and they said I have to pick up the refund in cash. Why ? I pay with a credit card all they had to do was adjust the amount charged . Horrible customer services.

I recently visited Wingstop and was extremely disappointed with the service. The employees were rude and unprofessional, making the experience unpleasant from the start. They seemed uninterested in assisting customers and displayed a lack of basic courtesy. Additionally, the service was slow and disorganized, which only added to the frustration. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer service.

Wings are actually not bad. But the service is lacking. After trying them out a couple times, I decided to order a large order for a tailgate party thru the app..I did it the day before and had it scheduled. I got confirmation the day ordered and charged. The next day I get an email saying their was a problem with the order. To call the store. Here is where it gets crazy. No answer after 11 am. So I decide to call the one in the next town, put on hold over 5 minutes to be told they can't help me with orders over 50 wings, that they have to be placed on the app. I explained what happened and they still could not help me. Something is wrong with their system. 👎🏼 I decided to order my wings from another place. It's unfortunate, their lemon wings aren't bad.
