Wrapping It Up is a beautiful store, and Annette is an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us to design the favors for our wedding and she made the process so easy and fun. The favors were an absolute success, and everybody at the wedding raved about them. From my first conversation with Annette, I knew everything was going to be completely perfect. I called explaining I needed a sympathy basket and within seconds she had several ideas. We ultimately decided on an Italian specialty basket with some fruit and chocolate added. Annette asked all the right questions and spent time getting to know the recipient so each item selected would be enjoyed. She was kind and patient and certainly knew her stuff. The basket was more amazing than I ever could have dreamed of. It was stuffed with nuts, spreads, crackers, cheeses, chocolates and fresh fruit. She was even able to hand deliver it on one day’s notice. I highly recommend checking out her store front which is filled with the most delicious hand dipped confections. The chocolate covered pretzels are an absolute must. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

This store was a true gem to find on Long Island! I had a baby shower and needed several gifts to be wrapped. This was a too big of a project for myself. Annette made everything look so beautiful, she really paid attention to detail. The mama to be loved it! I highly, highly recomend coming here to get all your presents wrapped. This is the only store I have been able to find that will wrap your gifts on Long Island. I will definetly be using her services for every occassion. It is super affordable, I was shocked. I left there so happy! Thank you.

The nicest people I could have met on the day I was so anxious of not finding gift wrap for presents. They could have literally closed shop and refused to serve me because I believe it was almost time to close but Annette was so generous to me and I will never forget it. The wrapping was really cute for my godson and it was really fast service! They even let me sample a piece of chocolate! 5 stars ‘nough said! We need more people like this in the world.

Can't ask for better customer service and excellent product, too. I am out of state but wanted a custom basket for my aunt's 93rd birthday delivered to a nearby town. I sent an email asking if this was possible and Annette emailed me right away and worked with me over the phone and email to put the PERFECT gift together. I kind of wanted a LOT for my budget and she helped me get put together something REALLY nice and unique. She topped it off with pretty flowers, a birthday hat and cute balloon. Needless to say, it was a big hit! My Aunt loved it so did everyone else. I'll be stopping by for more candy and treats next time I'm in town! Cant thank them enough!
