Open to all—come as you are, with love in your heart.
Whether you’re a mom or simply want to honor the nurturing spirit within, this two-hour retreat is a celebration of connection, self-love, and renewal.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle yoga to soften the body and open the heart. Melt into a healing sound bath, followed by a soothing self-massage ritual using a custom essential oil blend lovingly crafted just for you. Then, tap into joy and gratitude as write a love letter, then you will create your very own “Happiness Jar”—a keepsake filled with reminders of beauty, hope, and intention. We’ll close our time together with a light, nourishing brunch to share in community, laughter, and sweet moments of connection.

Come solo, with your mom, daughter, sister, or friend—everyone is welcome in this sacred circle of care.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Must register in advance spaces are limited. $45 a person, bring a guest for an additional $40.
