Opera & Yoga with Stephanos Andreotti
Science shows that classical music slows the heart, reduces stress, and restores balance to the nervous system.
Join world famous vocalist Stephanos Andreotti, who has performed on some of the biggest stages around the world, for a special night of opera to honor World Opera Day. His voice is something special and many say feels like listening to Bocelli.
There will be a guided yoga class or if you prefer to just relax, there are lots of bolsters, blankets, chairs and some reclining chairs as well to kick back and enjoy the energy.
