Outdoor Sunset Meditation & Sound Bath
Join us on Sunday, September 14th at 7PM for a peaceful Fall evening outdoors, beneath the open sky and surrounded by nature—a time to relax, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
As the sun gently sets, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath. Allow the soothing vibrations to melt away stress and invite a sense of inner stillness and peace.
No experience is necessary, no movement required. Simply bring a yoga mat, blanket, or chair to create a comfortable space that feels just right for you. This is a FREE community offering. Donations are greatly appreciated. Must register in advance.📍Held at Whalers Cove Main Lawn, Babylon, NY
