At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or even potentially improve our health. These habits may also help to keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline.
Dorinda Ag. Richberg, LMHC NCC and the Mother’s Group at St. Boniface Episcopal Church present a Monthly meeting to absorb and unwind.
This open and welcoming space invites mothers and mothering persons of all generations to share experiences, gain support and connect authentically – without comparison or criticism.
