Class begins with soothing breathwork to settle into the present moment. From there, Jenna will guide a yin yoga practice—a passive, grounding style of yoga that uses props and gravity to gently target the connective tissues, allowing for deep, meditative stretches. Next, we’ll transition into some restorative poses, supported by blankets and bolsters, inviting both the body and mind into profound relaxation. Finally, sink into a blissful savasana as Denise offers hands-on reiki to each participant, further enhancing the experience of inner balance and peace.
This class is open to all levels—no prior experience needed. Come as you are and embrace the gift of self-care. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat (mats available to rent or purchase if needed). All other props will be provided.
