Medicare Savings Program & Medicaid Application Assistance for the 65+, Blind and Disabled Populations
Certified Facilitated Enrollers provide free insurance assistance to the Aged (65+), Blind and Disabled population. Facilitated Enrollers can assist you with your application through the NYS of Health Marketplace system, and also support specific populations with paper applications submitted through the Department of Social Services.

Medicare Savings program (MSP)
Community Medicaid
Medicaid Excess Income
Medicaid (Long Term Care & Nursing Home)
Medicaid Buy-in for Working People with Disabilities
