Tyler is the 7th generation to work his family’s land in Kansas. Alongside his wife Hannah, they operate Sandhill Farms, where they are industry leaders in Hereford marbling genetics.
They breed Hereford cattle for the commercial cattlemen with the consumer in mind. In addition to traits such as calving ease and performance, they focus on carcass traits and have become a known leader in the Hereford breed for marbling genetics.
