Join in Community as we open to the heartbeat of the drum. Calling in our Ancestors for guidance and support, we’ll create simple rhythms together combined with call and response chant. Exploring movement to release the old and invite the new. We will end our time together with a powerful drum journey meditation, nurturing our relationship with our higher selves. Let us find our power, remember our path and reignite our journey, together.
