Spiritual Direction for Women with Jackie Morrison

Spiritual direction is a practice where a person seeks guidance in their spiritual journey from a trained spiritual director. This process involves regular meetings to discuss the individual’s spiritual experiences, questions, and challenges. The spiritual director helps the person deepen their relationship with the divine (or a higher power they believe in) and gain insight into their spiritual path.

The focus is on listening, reflecting, and providing support rather than giving direct advice. It’s about nurturing the individual’s spiritual growth and helping them find clarity and meaning in their spiritual life.
This group, which will meet monthly, allowing for us time to grow, reflect and share.
