From the Babylon Public Library:
Come join us at the library to send well wishes to Lorenzo! Lorenzo is a 4-year-old from West Islip who is non-verbal and loves Pinocchio – we can make his day brighter by sending words or encouragement, humor, or even share what your wish would be! Earn one hour of community service. Grades 6-12. Registration required.
The Marty Lyons Foundation grants wishes to children, ages 3-17, who have been diagnosed with a terminal or life-threatening illness. With every note of “Well Wishes” written, a $1 donation will be given to the Marty Lyons Foundation by the Avellino family.
