I built a custom GPT (a version of ChatGPT) called the Event Upload Assistant to help automate the process of getting your events listed on ILoveBabylon.com.

Here’s what it does:

• ✅ Reads your event flyer (even if it’s just an image)
• ✅ Extracts the key information: event name, time, date, location, organizer, contact info
• ✅ Writes a compelling event description—even if there isn’t one on the flyer!
• ✅ Formats all that information into a CSV file that plugs directly into the ILoveBabylon.com calendar system

In the past, event submissions required:

• Manually typing out all your event details
• Copying/pasting from emails or documents
• Or worst of all… forgetting to send it in altogether!

Now, all you have to do is send the flyer. That’s it.
