🌟 Friday, April 11 – Start with Service, Stay for the Slime and Sock Hop!

Friday kicks off with a feel-good errand — drop off unused medications at the Shed The Meds – Prescription Drug Disposal event at Lindenhurst Memorial Library. Then let the creativity flow at the Home School Art Classes or make a mess in the best way at the Plaster Painting & Slime Bar Walk-In Event at Creative Touch 🎨🧼.

Kids can dive into learning at the Kids Science & Sensory Class, and when the evening comes, it’s party time! Families will love the Blacklight Foam Party, and dance lovers can groove the night away at the Lindenhurst Historical Society’s Sock Hop. Live music fans, your night is lit with choices: The Retro Bros at Sofia Italian Bistro, That 70’s Band with DJ Jeff at The Warehouse, and Gypsy Angel Row – Bruce Springsteen Tribute at The Nutty Irishman 🎸🕺. The Easter spirit takes over Babylon on Saturday! From midnight on, the Easter Bunny Home Visits are on the move 🐇. For the early birds, explore maritime history on the Light Keepers Behind the Scenes Tour or head to the Easter Egg Hunt in the Trees at The Adventure Park at Long Island.

Families can hop between the Community Easter Egg Hunt with Buster Bunny, the American Airpower Museum’s Hunt, or the Chestnut Bay Equestrian Egg Hunt. And for our four-legged friends, don’t miss the Wine & Wags Eggstravaganza 🐾🍷.

Need some serenity? Breathe deep at Yoga Nidra with Michele at 3pm. And if you’re feeling stylish, head to the Schmooze & Peruse Pop-Up Shoppe. Finally, rock the night away with Vinyl Revival and Soapbox Messiah at The Warehouse 🎤💃.
